    ROLE DYNAMICS

    This role will provide a platform for talent who are naturally curious about how things work, to drive the importance of quality in every process and focus on metrics analytically as they continue to strengthen the system.

    RESPONSIBILITES

    • Read all the documents and understand what needs to be tested
    • Design test scenarios for usability testing as well as analyzing, reviewing and assessing requirements, design specifications and automate the test
    • Conduct the automation test scenarios, and thereafter, analyze results and submit observations and findings to the development team
    • Interact with clients to better understand the product requirements or in case the design requires any kind of modification
    • Create test-product documentation and also participate in testing-related walk throughs
    • Prepare all reports related to software testing
    • Ensure all testing related work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures
    • Regular interaction between Development, Customer Success and Business teams to ensure testing is done as per the requirement

    CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT

    • BE/ BTech with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
    • Sound knowledge around both manual as well as automated testing in order to decide which methodologies can be put together to test the software in the most optimal manner
    • REST and web services APIs testing/ automation
    • Black box, regression, integration, performance testing etc.
    • Automation using: Java, JavaScript/ Type Script or Python
    • Agile Development/ Scrum Experience
    • Strong communication skills
